Alright y’all… today we’re cooking up a BEAUTIFUL picanha over live fire on the Prokan 77” Infinity Argentine XL Charcoal and Wood BBQ Grill and let me tell you… this ...thing is an absolute beast 🔥🥩

If you’ve never cooked on an Argentine-style grill before, you’re missing out. This setup gives you full control over your heat, your fire, and most importantly… your flavor.

The Infinity SS304 is built with premium #304 stainless steel, so not only does it look clean, but it’s made to last and handle anything you throw at it. What really stood out to me is the adjustable lifting system paired with that V-groove cooking grid. As that picanha cooks, the fat renders down into the tray instead of flaring up, giving you that perfect, clean flavor while still locking in all the goodness.

And the heat retention? Next level. The firebrick bottom and side walls keep everything nice and steady so you’re not chasing temps the whole cook. Makes it super easy to dial things in whether you’re searing or going low and slow.
