Alright y’all… today we’re cooking up a BEAUTIFUL picanha over live fire on the Prokan 77” Infinity Argentine XL Charcoal and Wood BBQ Grill and let me tell you… this ...thing is an absolute beast 🔥🥩

If you’ve never cooked on an Argentine-style grill before, you’re missing out. This setup gives you full control over your heat, your fire, and most importantly… your flavor.

We're making a delicious cinnamon roll recipe today using Pillsbury cinnamon rolls! This easy recipe is perfect for a sweet treat and features simple baking techniques to create satisfying dessert. ...Get ready to enjoy a fantastic homemade dessert that makes for great baking recipes!

What you'll need:
-2 cans of cinnamon rolls.
-1 cup pecans.
-1/2 cup diced cooked bacon.
-1 stick salted butter.
-1 cup Dessert Shake or brown sugar with a pinch of cinnamon.
-1/2 cup heavy cream.

How to make them:
-Cut the cinnamon rolls into 1/4ths.
-Melt butter and then add dessert shake, stir to combine.
-Mix in the heavy cream, bacon and pecans, cook for a couple minutes.
-Grease a bundt pan and pour the caramel mix in.
-Add the chopped up cinnamon rolls in an even layer.
-Place in a 375f oven for 25ish minutes or until cooked through.
-Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple minutes.
-Place a tray on the top of the bundt pan and turn over so the bread releases onto the tray.
-Dizzle over the icing from the cinnamon rolls.
-Serve and enjoy!

What you'll need:
-1 lb ...sausage.
-5 large flour tortillas.
-1 cup chopped bell peppers.
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
-1/2 tbsp of my West Coast Shake or all purpose seasoning.
-3 oz butter.
-Diced parsley.

How to make'em:
Combine the sausage, peppers, cheese and seasoning.
Cut tortillas into squares.
Cover 4 of the tortillas evenly with portions of the sausage mix.
Stack the tortillas on top of each other.
Cut those into 3rds, then push those 3rds together on their sides.
Push 3 skewers into the tortillas.
Then cut those into 3rds.
Heat the grill on high.
Cook each skewer 2 minutes on each side, flipping to cook each side. Cook until the middle hits 165F.
Brush the skewers with the melted butter and parsley mix.
Remove and enjoy!

CJ's got a fresh take on breakfast ideas with this Mexican-inspired breakfast casserole! We're building layers of corn tortillas, bacon, sausage, and cheese, all brought together with a flavorful enchilada ...sauce. This easy recipe is perfect for home cooking and a delicious addition to your family meals. Get ready for some homemade goodness!

Ingredients:
• 8-10 large eggs, whisked. Add seasonings to taste.
• Shredded cheese. I use cheddar, but you can use what you like.
• Cooked bacon and sausage cut into smaller pieces.
• Green mild or medium enchilada sauce.
• 1 small can of diced fire roasted chilies.
• 1 package uncooked hash browns.
• Corn tortillas.
- 4 cups southwestern style hash browns.

Prep:
• Using a 9x13 pyrex dish, coat the bottom of the dish with a quarter of the green sauce.
• Add a layer of tortillas on top of the green sauce.
• Spread cheese over the tortillas.
• Add the bacon, sausage, hash browns and chilis.
• Add another layer of tortilla.
• Add more cheese.
• Pour the rest of green sauce over everything.
• Add the bacon.
• Pour eggs over everything. Make sure it gets in all the nooks and cranys.
• Cover with the rest of the cheese.
• Bake for 30-40 min at 350 degrees.
• Let stand for 5-10 min and enjoy!

We're making some delicious pizza muffins today! This easy recipe starts with pizza dough, spread with sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and olives, then rolled up and sliced. These savory muffins recipe ...are baked until golden, then brushed with herb butter for a perfect finish. Get ready for some homemade goodness!

What you'll need:
-Pizza dough.
-Your favorite pizza toppings.
-Pizza sauce.
-Mozzarella cheese.
-Parmesan cheese.
-Butter.
-Garlic powder.
-Parsley.

How to make'em:
Roll out the pizza dough, add the sauce, your favorite toppings and the cheese.
Roll up the dough and cut into 6 even pieces.
Add each piece into your greased muffin tin.
Place in a 425f oven for 15-20 minutes.
Melt butter, add the garlic powder and parsley.
Remove the muffins from the oven and brush the garlic butter over the top of each muffin.
Serve and enjoy!
