LOBSTER GARLIC NOODLES! This recipe was developed in San Francisco and is a bit of fusion of flavors. Sweet Lobster, umami, salty, garlic-y, goodness! Using ...Bucatini pasta here is key, the thick spaghetti like pasta has a hole running through the center, where the beautiful garlic lobster sauce can get trapped.

Ninja NeverStick Pans:

Ingredients:
• 2-3 medium size lobster tails.
• 10 small garlic cloves minced – Or two tablespoons of minced garlic.
• ½ pound Bucatini Pasta.
• 4oz butter.
• 1 teaspoon grated and minced ginger.
• ½ teaspoon sesame oil.
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
• 1 ½ tablespoons oyster sauce.
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Prep:
• Boil water and cook pasta to a couple minutes less than the package directions.
• Remove lobster meat from shells and dice to bite size pieces.
• Melt butter in wok over medium high heat.
• Sauté the garlic and ginger for 1-2 min, until the garlic starts browning a little.
• Add the lobster to the wok and cook for 1-2 minutes.
• Stir in the Sesame oil, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and oyster sauce.
• Cook lobster for another 1-2 minutes.
• Add the pasta to the wok, let some of the pasta water in as you move the pasta to the wok.
• Mix everything and cook for another 3-4 minutes until you see the sauce tighten up around the pasta and lobster.
• Plate the pasta and garnish with green onions.
• Enjoy!
