Everyone will love this healthy treat! Banana Bark!

CJ is making an awesome frozen peanut butter chocolate banana bark!

What would you add to this bark?

What you’ll need:
-2 bananas.
-1 cup protein peanut butter (melted).
-1 cup melted dark chocolate.
-1 tbsp honey.
-1/4 cup chopped nuts.

How to make it:
Slice the bananas and spread out on parchment papper.
Pour over the peanut butter.
Dizzle the honey over the peanut butter.
Pour over the chocolate and then smooth it out.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top of the chocolate.
Place in the freezer for 4 hours to overnight.
Remove from parchment paper and break into chunks.
Serve and enjoy!

I smoked these between 300-325f until they hit close to 200f and were probe tender. 
Wrapped them up in a pan covered in foil. Placed them in my oven on the warm setting for a couple hours.
Pulled them out, let them sit out uncovered for 20 minutes and sliced them up.
Just a little smoked brisket! I used my @ZGrills  pellet grill on this one!

Trimmed off the hard fat and sliver skin. Cut off the thin part of the flat. 
Used @bearandburtons for the binder and @unclestevesshake  Lucky Shake for the rub.
Gave it all the smoke until it hit 170f.
Added some tallow and beef consume to foil.
Topped that with the brisket and folded up the sides. Or made a “foil boat” around it.
Back in the smoker until it hit 207-210.
Remove it and let it rest for at least an hour.
Sliced into it and it turned out perfect!

What you’ll need:
-1 box red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix.
-1 lb of Jimmy Dean sausage - cooked
-1 cup minced uncooked shrimp.
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
-1 stick of butter.
-3/4 cup of water.

How to make’em;
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Form 1/2 oz balls and place in a greased mini muffin pan.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Brush on the butter mixed with the garlic seasoning packet from the biscuit mix.
Serve and enjoy!

Slice 3 racks of baby back ribs into single ribs.
Coat the ribs in seasoning.
Smoke the ribs at 275f until they hit 170f.
Get ribs in a tray, add bbq sauce, honey, apple juice, stick of butter and more bbq seasoning.
Cover tray with foil and continue to cook for another 1-2 hours until ribs are 205f and tender.
Remove the cover, mix them up in the juices, add some more bbq sauce and cook uncovered for another 10-15 mins.
Remove from the smoker and enjoy!
This is the best way to do your prime rib roast! Gotta get it on a rotisserie!

I take my roast to 125f internal remove and let rest for 20-30 minutes. Then slice into it.

The butter baste is just butter, garlic chunks, olive oil and rub. I tied some rosemary together to make a basting brush. And baste it every 15-20 minutes or so.

I placed some potatoes under the roast with olive oil and seasoning.  It’s gonna catch all the beef drippings and the buster basting.
