🔥 Full Kalbi Short Ribs recipe below 👇

What you'll need:
-3 to 4 pounds of flanken cut short ribs.
-2 pears (pelled).
-2 kiwis (pelled).
-1 med onion (pelled).
-1 cup soy sauce.
-1/2 cup mirin.
-1 tbsp sesame oil.
-1 tbsp garlic paste.
-1 tbsp ginger paste.
-Salt and pepper to taste.

How to make them:
With a box grater, using the fine grate side, grate the pear, kiwi and onion as much as possible over a bowl.
Add the ginger and garlic paste, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and salt and pepper to the bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour the marinade over the ribs and make sure all of them are covered.
Put them in the fridge for at least 6 hours to overnight.
Add pellets or wood chips to the smoke box.
Turn on both outside burners. Place the smoke box over one of the burners.
Once the smoke box is smoking, add the ribs to the middle of the grill.
Give the ribs 15-20 mins of smoke.
Fire up the side sear burner.
Sear off the ribs for a minute or so each side.
Cut the ribs up between the bones, garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!

What you’ll need:
-1lb ground beef.
-Package sweet potato fries.
-2 eggs.
-2 tbsp butter.
-1-2 cups heavy cream.
-1 tbsp AP flour.
-1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese.
-1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
-2 tbsp all purpose seasoning.

How to make it:
Cook the fries according to directions on back.
Fry the hamburger with a little seasoning until cooked all the way through.
Scramble the eggs with a little salt and butter.

To make the cream sauce: Melt a tbsp of butter in a pan. Whisk in the flour and cook for 2-3 min. Add some of the seasoning and pour in the cream. Whisk in the parmesan. Whisk until thickened.

Add the fries to a bowl, top with the eggs, ground beef, pour over the cream sauce and add the shredded cheddar jack to the top.
Place in a 425 oven for 10-15 min or cheese is golden brown.
Garnish with some green onions and enjoy!

Ingredients:
-“Fresh” tortellini from the Deli ilse at the market.
-1 lb cooked Italian Sausage.
-1 jar maranara sauce.
-1 jar alfredo sauce.
-Fresh mozzerlla perals.
-Shredded mozzerlla.
-1 cup rocotta cheese.

Prep:
-Mix the red sauce, mozzarella perals, sausage and tortellini in a bowl.
-Pour the mix in a 9x13 baking dish.
-Spread out rocotta cheese over the top.
-Pour the alfredo sauce over the top of that.
-Top all that with the shredded mozzarella.
-Place in a 350F oven and bake for 30 min or until the chese is golden brown.
-Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
-Flaky Grands Biscuits.
-Pizza sause.
-Mozzarella cheese.
-Any additional topping you like.

Prep:
-Flatten the biscuits between two pieces of parchment paper.
-Place them on a greased cookie sheet.
-Top the biscuits with sauce, cheese and whatever toppings.
-Place in a 350F oven for 13-15 minutes or until full cooked and cheese is golden brown.
-Serve and enjoy!

What you’ll need:
-2-3 cups smoked or rotisserie chicken shredded.
-8 @missionfoodsus zero carb tortillas.
-1 lb shredded low fat Colby jack cheese.
-10.5 oz can of low fat cream of chicken soup.
-10.5 oz can of low fat cream of mushroom soup.
-4 oz diced green chilies.
-1 tbsp of my West Coast Shake @unclestevesshake or Mexican seasoning.

How to make it:
Mix the chicken, soup, chilies and seasoning in a bowl.
In a greased 8x8 dish, pour in have the chicken mix.
Top with 4 of the tortillas and half the shredded cheese.
Repeat the steps with the remaining mix, tortillas and cheese.
Place the dish in a 350f oven for 25-30 or until cheese is golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
