Get ready for a flavorful and comforting dinner with this delicious Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe! This easy-to-make dish is packed with tender chicken, creamy enchilada sauce, and melted cheese, all ...wrapped up in a crispy tortilla crust.

What you’ll need:
-2-3 cups smoked or rotisserie chicken shredded.
-8 @missionfoodsus zero carb tortillas.
-1 lb shredded low fat Colby jack cheese.
-10.5 oz can of low fat cream of chicken soup.
-10.5 oz can of low fat cream of mushroom soup.
-4 oz diced green chilies.
-1 tbsp of my West Coast Shake @unclestevesshake or Mexican seasoning.

How to make it:
Mix the chicken, soup, chilies and seasoning in a bowl.
In a greased 8x8 dish, pour in have the chicken mix.
Top with 4 of the tortillas and half the shredded cheese.
Repeat the steps with the remaining mix, tortillas and cheese.
Place the dish in a 350f oven for 25-30 or until cheese is golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!

In this video, we're sharing our CRAZY Delicious Cajun Alfredo Tortellini Recipe that's sure to become a new family favorite. This creamy, spicy, and savory pasta dish is packed with ...tender tortellini, juicy chicken, and a kick of Cajun seasoning.

🔥🔥🔥
What you’ll need:
-1 bag tortellini.
-1 lb smoked sausage.
-1 1/2 cup cream.
-1 cup diced bell pepper.
-1 tbsp Cajun seasoning.
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
-1 tbsp olive oil.
-Sliced green onions for garnish.

How to make it:
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the bell peppers in olive oil for 3-4 min.
Add half of the Cajun seasoning.
Slice the sausage into rounds, add to the bell peppers and cook for 3-4 min.
Mix in the cooked pasta.
Pour the cream and Parmesan into the pan and mix.
Add the rest of the Cajun seasoning.
Cook the mix over medium heat for 5-6 min or until sauce is thickened.
Serve and enjoy!

CJ is using his indoor griddle to make these amazing cinnimon roll breakfast smashburgers. Sausage patties, crispy hashbrowns, sunnyside up egg and sweet cinnimon rolls!

What would you add ...to this sandwich?

Ingredients:
-Canned cinnimon rolls.
-Egg cooked sunnyside up.
-Breakfast sausage.
-American cheese.
-Hashbrown patties.

Prep:
-Smash the sausage into patties, cook all the way through and top with American cheese.
-Add the hashbrown patties and cook til crispy and golden brown.
-Add the cinnimon rolls to the griddel and smash them not as much as the sausage. Cook and flip until fully cooked. If you find the cinnimon rolls are getting too dark, throw them in the oven at 375F to finish cooking.
-Stack the sausage, hashbrown and egg on the cinnimon roll "buns".
-Serve and enjoy!

How many of these nuggies will you eat?

Ingredients:
-1 lb seasoned ground chicken.
-1/2 cup whipped cream cheese.
-1/2 cup shredded parmeasan cheese.
-1/2 small diced jalapeno.
-1 tbsp all purpose seasoning.
-1 cup flour.
-Vegetable oil.

Prep:
Mix the chicken, cheese, jalapeno and seasoning.
Form about a tablespoon patties.
Coat the patties in the flour.
Heat oil to 350F.
Add the patties to the oil and fry until golden brown and cooked to 165F internal.
Let cool and enjoy!

-Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
-Grease your muffin tin with some oil.
-Pour mix into each muffin hole.
-Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until eggs are cooked all the way through.
