Ingredients

- oil Fill oil about halfway in your frying pan or pot; a couple cups should suffice.
Instructions
- Fill your frying vessel with oil to about halfway.
- Dip the fudge cookies into the batter and let them drain before frying.
- Fry the coated cookies until they are darker due to the fudge content, indicating they are done.
